Brooke Moly · brookemoly.com, the text messages and the 75 Skinny app · last updated September 2026
This policy covers brookemoly.com, the text messages you can sign up for at brookemoly.com/texts, the 75 Skinny tracking app, and the Body by Brookemoly coaching program. If you have only given us your mobile number, the section that applies to you is Text messages (SMS); the app and coaching sections describe data we simply do not hold for you.
The short version: your data is yours, it exists so you and your coach can run your program, and it is never sold or shared with anyone else.
Your daily log. Food and macros, water, steps, sleep, weigh-ins, fasting times, progress photos, body measurements, and your own notes and journal entries.
Health information you give us at intake. Before you start, the app asks whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding, whether you have conditions including diabetes, thyroid conditions, PCOS, blood pressure, heart, kidney or liver conditions, whether you take insulin or medication that has to be taken with food, and whether you have a history with disordered eating. This is sensitive, and we ask for it for one reason: extended fasting and calorie targets are not safe for everyone, and your coach cannot build your programme around something she does not know about. You can decline any individual question — but if you do, tell your doctor what you are about to do.
Your check-in answers. At the start, at week 6 and at week 12 you are asked the same short set of questions about how you are doing. These are what let your coach see whether the programme is working, for you and across a group.
Your account and device. Your email address and password. If you turn on notifications, your device's notification address and your timezone, so a reminder arrives in your evening and not somebody else's.
That is the whole list of what you type in. Nothing is collected behind your back. The one piece of tracking technology on the public website is described in the next section.
What we use. On the public website (brookemoly.com and its pages, including brookemoly.com/texts) we run the Meta pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms, Inc. It sets cookies in your browser and reports page views and a few actions, such as viewing a product or completing a sign-up form, back to Meta.
Why we use it. To measure whether our Instagram and Facebook posts and ads are working, and to show our ads to people who have visited the site. The information Meta receives is an event and identifiers Meta associates with your browser or your Facebook or Instagram account. It is not your check-in answers, your weight, your coaching notes or your Oura data, none of which ever leave our own systems for this purpose.
What we do not use. No Google Analytics, no advertising network other than Meta, no session-recording or heat-mapping tools, and no third-party cookies beyond the Meta pixel described here. The 75 Skinny app and the Body by Brookemoly member app carry no advertising or analytics trackers at all: they use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in.
Essential cookies. We also use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and to keep forms and payments working. The site does not function without these.
How to control it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use your browser or device "do not track"/tracking-prevention setting, and control how Meta uses your activity in your Facebook or Instagram Ad Preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences. Blocking these cookies does not stop you from using the site, signing up, or receiving our text messages.
Never used for SMS. Cookie and pixel data is never used to build, enrich or share our text message list, and your mobile number and SMS consent are never passed to Meta or to any other advertiser.
If you choose to connect an Oura ring, the app reads your daily steps, sleep, and readiness from Oura's service and shows them in your tracker. We store only the secure connection tokens needed to do this, on our server — never in your browser. We do not read or store any other Oura data. You can disconnect at any time in the app's More tab, which deletes the tokens, and you can also revoke access from your Oura account.
Your entries are stored in a private, access-controlled database (hosted on Supabase) and are visible to exactly two parties: you, and Brooke as your coach. Progress photos and body measurements are stored in a private bucket that only you and your coach can open. Other members of your group never see any of it — not your weight, not your photos, not your health answers, not your check-ins. What they see is your display name, your avatar, and whatever you choose to post in the group chat.
Direct messages between members are readable only by the two people in the conversation. Your coach cannot read them. The exception is a message you report: that specific message, and only that one, becomes visible to your coach so she can act on it.
We never sell your information, and we never share it with a third party except the services listed on this page that are needed to run the app.
We take the security of your personal information, including your mobile number and your SMS consent record, seriously. Our security practices include:
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to keep these practices current. Security questions: mgmt@brookemoly.com.
Your log and your account stay for as long as you are a client, and afterwards so that you can come back to your own history. Progress photographs are deleted twelve months after your programme ends unless you ask us to keep them. You can delete everything at any time — see below — and when you do, it goes for good rather than into an archive.
Your check-in answers may be combined with other people's and reported as a group figure — for example, "most women who finished this pathway reported fewer food-noise episodes by week 12." Reported this way, nothing identifies you: no name, no photograph, no individual answer. Your name, your photographs, your before-and-afters and your own words are only ever used publicly if you give separate, specific permission in writing, and you can withdraw that permission later.
When you use the "estimate with AI" feature, the meal description or photo you submit is sent to an AI service to estimate macros and is not used for anything else.
If you give us your mobile number and tick the SMS consent box, we use that number only to send the text messages you asked for. We store your mobile number, the exact consent wording you were shown, the version of that wording, the date and time you opted in, the IP address you submitted from, and which form you used.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or the messaging platform that delivers the texts, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by emailing mgmt@brookemoly.com and asking us to remove your number. Full SMS terms are in the Terms of Service.
You can export a full backup of everything you have logged, including your photos, from the More tab at any time. You can erase everything — your log, your photos, your measurements, your intake answers and your check-ins — from the same place, or by emailing mgmt@brookemoly.com. Deletion is permanent and honored promptly. You can turn notifications off from the app, which unregisters your device rather than just silencing it.
